Terms and Conditions for BarLab DXB Catering Services

2. Services Offered

BarLab DXB provides mobile cocktail and mocktail catering services, specializing in stunning champagne towers and bespoke drinks for events. Our services include, but are not limited to, cocktail preparation, presentation, and delivery. Specific services and pricing are detailed in the service descriptions.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are required in advance and are subject to availability. Payment terms are outlined in the confirmation email or contract.

4. Event Details

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete event details, including date, time, location, and any special requests. BarLab DXB will make every effort to accommodate requests, but cannot guarantee specific arrangements.

5. Liability

BarLab DXB is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of God, weather conditions, or third-party actions. We will make every effort to mitigate any potential issues.

6. Changes and Cancellations

Changes to bookings may be subject to fees, depending on the time frame before the event. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy, as detailed in the confirmation email or contract.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
