By using the services of BarLab DXB, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

BarLab DXB provides mobile non-alcoholic bar services for events. Our services include, but are not limited to, mocktail bars, non-alcoholic champagne towers, and curated coffee breaks.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are required in advance and are subject to availability. Payment terms will be outlined in the confirmation email.

4. Event Setup and Execution

BarLab DXB will provide the necessary equipment and staff for the event, as outlined in the booking agreement. We will adhere to all applicable local regulations.

5. Event Cancellation

Cancellation policies are outlined in the booking agreement. Cancellations must be made in writing and will be subject to fees as outlined in the agreement.

6. Liability

BarLab DXB is not responsible for any damages or injuries arising from events beyond our control. We will take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of our guests and staff.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

8. Changes to Terms

BarLab DXB reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
